In this capacity, you will plan the allocation and occupation of resources while ensuring vigilance on specific milestones to optimize response time and invested time. Your mission will also include supporting change management on the site, including the necessary negotiations, while ensuring that the work is completed within the set deadlines and according to the required quality standards.

You will ensure, at all stages of the projects, the assessment of risks related to construction to mitigate them as much as possible through wise constructive choices.

You will need to evaluate the performance of contractors on site, document the progress of the work, analyze the costs of changes, and intervene with any collaborator proactively when you identify a potential issue.
