A pivotal role in a large team
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform basic machine adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect the quality of manufactured parts according to established standards.
- Identify and report any production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct regular quality checks and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and safety.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb (23 kg).
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

- Comfortable working in a dusty environment with exposure to varying temperatures.

- Starting wage: $23.36/hour
- Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
- 40 hours per week
- Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
