Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and committed sales representative to promote our technological solutions to agricultural producers. Your main responsibilities will be:
Meeting with dairy farmers in the field to understand their needs
Evaluating current facilities and recommending customized robotic or automation solutions (milking, feeding, ventilation, manure management)
Preparing detailed quotes and supporting clients in their decision-making
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure successful implementation
Monitor project progress and ensure complete customer satisfaction
Maintain a trusting relationship with customers and provide proactive after-sales support
Required Profile
Experience in consulting sales, ideally in the agricultural or industrial sector
Knowledge of the agricultural environment and the challenges facing dairy farmers
Strong interest in agricultural technologies (robotics, automation)
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
Sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigor
Valid driver's license – frequent travel region
Strengths
Training in agriculture, agricultural mechanics, automation, or a related field
Experience in project management or technical equipment sales
