Technical Draftsman – Custom Cabinets

Your role within the team

• Review plans provided by designers or clients to ensure they meet project requirements

• Check plans' compliance with internal norms and standards

• Gather all documents necessary to create workshop plans

• Produce plans Workshop design and 3D techniques using SketchUp

• Collaborate closely with measurement technicians, designers, and the production team

• Submit final plans for approval within the expected timeframe

• Provide technical support to the factory team as needed

Skills sought

• Experience in the cabinet industry (required)

• DEP (minimum) or DEC in technical drawing, design, or any other relevant field

• SketchUp software (an asset)

• Excellent reading and interpretation of plans

• Strong organizational skills and good communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team spirit, collaborative attitude, and attention to detail
