Job Title: Estimator – Project Manager (Insulation and Building Envelope)

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an estimator – project manager to strengthen a solid, human, and growing team.
Main Responsibilities
• Read and analyze architectural and structural plans
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bids
• Manage client follow-ups and negotiate adjustments as needed
• Ensure technical compliance of the work
• Estimate extras, track contracts, collaborate with the delivery team
• Participate in project planning (mainly in the office)
Desired Profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation and project management
• Relevant training (AEC, DEC, or BAC in estimation, architecture, or engineering) OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g.: PlanSwift)
• Comfortable with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Plan reading: essential
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills
• Driver's license and car required
