You will take over files after the sale to ensure compliance, coordinate manufacturing/delivery, and maintain close customer follow-up, in a context of team and tool integration.

Responsibilities — concrete deliverables and daily impact

• Take over files once the sale is concluded to ensure project continuity and quality after-sales service.
  
• Check sales files before releasing orders to prevent compliance errors before manufacturing.
  
• Validate workshop drawings, plans, connections, and technical information, then clarify discrepancies with the representative before launching into manufacturing.
  
• Coordinate suppliers and manufacturers to secure manufacturing and delivery timelines.
  
• Actively monitor delays, pending orders, and product issues, then proactively communicate impacts to clients.
  
• Resolve product issues and support the project until delivery and commissioning, as needed.
  
• Manage a portfolio of projects in parallel.

• Demonstrate concrete experience in project management (minimum 3 years).
  
• Master the reading and validation of plans and workshop drawings.
  
• Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel, with close and constant follow-up.
  
• Provide solid customer service, focused on follow-up and problem resolution.
  
• Use English at an intermediate level to communicate as needed with English-speaking clients and international suppliers/manufacturers (notably over the phone).
  
• Exhibit rigor and a constant attention to detail.

• Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and expertise.
  
• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, shortened day on Friday.
  
• Group Insurance: flexible according to needs with shared employer contribution.
  
• Remote Work: Monday and Friday; in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
