Production Manager

Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for all production activities, both technical and human aspects. Thanks to your leadership qualities and your sense of (internal) customer service, you will coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of your teams, composed of 10 to 15 people in production.

Purpose of the position: Ensure operational excellence in production departments, balancing social performance and productivity.

Your main responsibilities

1. Manage and lead production teams

• Ensure the efficiency and quality of production operations.
• Manage, inform, lead, and coordinate teams (Cutting, Machining, Welding, Finishing) on a daily basis.
• Plan and schedule production based on project priorities, production order types, and available capacity.
• Design, improve, and use indicators to :
  • Team management (visual communication, goal achievement).
  • Performance measurement (cost, quality, deadlines).

• Supervise production-related services (Warehouse, Loading, Shipping).
• Implement actions to maintain a positive and constructive social climate in the workshops, while reducing the risk of workplace accidents.
• Ensure a social climate aligned with the company's values.

2. Improve reliability and improve production processes

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in the workshops.
• Analyze failures, malfunctions, and non-conformities, and propose corrective actions. Improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement processes (LEAN, 5S, etc.).
• Identify and propose solutions to continuously improve productivity, responsiveness, and production quality.
• Design and update relevant KPIs for production monitoring.
• Optimize production management tools and associated information systems.
