Your daily responsibilities:
Install and maintain equipment at client sites
Quickly diagnose technical problems and propose effective solutions
Train clients on the optimal use of equipment
Promote products and services during service calls Manage your inventory of replacement parts and equipment Write clear and concise service reports detailed
collaborate closely with internal technical teams
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers
The profile we are looking for:
Bilingual French/English
Proven experience in field service
Team spirit and excellent customer service skills
Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment
