Papillons Infrastructure Nature is seeking a Construction Deployment Manager to support the development of its projects. Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Development Director, you will be responsible for the success of our construction projects. From planning to commissioning, you will ensure the efficient and compliant deployment of our infrastructure.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all charging infrastructure deployment projects, from the start-up phase through commissioning and handover to operations;
• Obtain the required authorizations, approvals, and permits from public authorities, property owners, electricity providers, and other stakeholders;
• Produce, coordinate, and obtain approval for project technical documentation, including plans, site drawings, specifications, and other documents necessary for their implementation;
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical, regulatory, contractual, and standards requirements established by manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and relevant authorities;
• Plan and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners involved in the projects;
• Ensure effective communication and maintain exemplary collaborative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;
• Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, coordinate required actions, and respond to stakeholder requests;
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify deficiencies, and ensure the conformity of installations;
• Coordinate the execution of works and ensure the delivery of infrastructure in accordance with technical requirements, timelines, and project objectives;
• Coordinate infrastructure commissioning activities with relevant stakeholders and ensure the proper functioning of installations before they are handed over to operations;
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation, including proof of completion and documents required by financial partners and grant providers;
• Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of projects, including the management of submissions, purchase orders, invoices, approvals and payments, in collaboration with management.

 

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (deployment management or construction).
• Proven experience in the field of construction or deployment of hardware infrastructure.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with project management software.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions and availability for occasional travel within Quebec.

• Organization: Excellent time management skills and administrative rigor.

 

Desired Assets

• Knowledge of the electric vehicle and charging sector.
• Experience in handling CAD, electrical, and civil plans.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
