Ensure the administrative, technical, and logistical follow-up of construction and infrastructure projects.
Support project managers in preparing schedules, monitoring budgets, and managing resources.
Coordinate communications between various stakeholders (internal teams, subcontractors, clients).
Prepare and maintain project documentation (progress reports, cost tracking, purchase orders, etc.).
Participate in site meetings, take note of actions to follow up on, and ensure follow-up.
Conduct occasional site visits to support operational follow-up.
Develop monthly project tracking reports
Ensure compliance with current construction standards in Quebec
College or university degree in civil engineering, construction technology, project management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination in the construction or infrastructure sector.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Bilingualism (French-English) is an important asset.
